Client Acquisition A Financial Advisers Biggest Challenge?

As a financial adviser there are a few of things you have to be good at; You have to know your stuff, and what you are offering You have to be good at demonstrating to your clients you know your stuff and what your offering (otherwise why would they ever follow your advice) You have to be good at attracting prospective clients. (if you are good at 1 & 2 then a large number of these will become actual clients) There is a dirge of information and resources out there from firms and individuals advising you how to put together a proposition and business strategy that will turn prospective clients in to actual clients but they all boil down to points 1 & 2 above.
